The EZ Deals Podcast was born out of a simple idea: the best way to learn about real estate is to hear from people who are actually in the trenches. Meet Your Host
About Erik Egelko
Erik Egelko is a San Diego-based commercial real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur. He was ranked the #1 broker in California in 2021 and 2022 while working at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, placing him in the Top 1% of brokers nationwide.
Over his career, Erik has closed over $150 million in commercial real estate transactions spanning retail centers, multifamily properties, industrial buildings, office space, and land. His hands-on experience across every major asset class gives him a perspective that few in the industry can match.
Beyond brokerage, Erik is the Founder and President of Palm Tree Properties, a full-service property management company based in San Diego, and a General Partner of EZ Loans, a private mortgage fund that provides alternative financing for real estate investors.
Erik lives in the San Diego area with his wife Lindsey and their kids. When he’s not closing deals or recording podcast episodes, you can usually find him on the golf course at Torrey Pines.
